Voltage Sag Solution Products (VAAS) Developed by Enrely Performed in Wuliangye Group

On 25th Jan.2019, the voltage sag solution (VAAS) developed by Beijing Enrely Technology Co., Ltd has passed site acceptance test and 72-hour operation test in a subordinate company of Wuliangye Group which is a famous wine manufacturer in China and now the VAAS has been put into use.

At customer site, the VAAS has been tested for the most severe Cycle Dropout Test by connecting to four imported precision machine tools and three international top level (Siemens, heidenhain, FANUC) servers (sag responding time requirement less than 1 ms ). The test, a highly automated and sensitive load test with extremely high power requirements, has completed the feed servo control and spindle servo control of CNC machine tool.

VAAS is the abbreviation of Voltage Automatic Adjustment Stabilizer (as shown in the figure above). It can resolve voltage sag, voltage short break and other problems of voltage. Through a variety of working modes, parallel compensation mode, modular design concept, the voltage (including sudden rise, sudden drop, short interruption) can be quickly corrected within 1ms, and the '0ms' seamless switching and other quick response effects can be achieved when the voltage is restored. VAAS has multiple protective measures to ensure safe load operation. This product adopts imported super capacitor, which has the typical advantages of high reliability, long life and low loss.
The delivery of this product marked the success of the cooperation project between ENRELY and a subordinate company of Wuliangye Group, which would be a shot in the arm for ENRELY and provided valuable experience for the cooperation of other projects between the two companies. At the same time, it demonstrates ENRELY's strength in research, development, design and production of electric power devices, and it also lays a solid foundation for ENRELY's independent research and development products to step into a broader market.
