Voltage Sag Solution
VTIS for Secondary Control System Power Supply and Breaker Protection
VTIS can comprehensively protect the key factors that reduce the reliability of the secondary control power supply for circuit breakers, such as voltage fluctuations, interference, lightning overvoltage, short-term power loss, etc., which can cause the control system to fail to operate normally, thereby avoiding shutdown or damage to the primary system or equipment caused by the above reasons.
VTIS consists of a parallel oscillation control module and a series interference suppression module. The series interference suppression module operates in a long-term mode and always maintains a continuous working state. When the secondary control power supply or circuit breaker secondary circuit is subjected to multiple interferences such as lightning overvoltage, ground potential counterattack overvoltage, operation overvoltage, resonance overvoltage, voltage transient, harmonic, high-frequency interference, etc., it can effectively suppress and protect the reliable and safe operation of the secondary system.
VSAM for AC Contactor Protection
VSAM can effectively prevent the contactor from tripping due to voltage drop/power outage caused by shaking, keeping the contactor engaged during shaking, avoiding tripping during shaking, and ensuring the normal and continuous operation of the equipment.
VSAM has convenient wiring, easy installation, simple operation, high precision, and a wide range of anti shaking time. It can be used for any type of AC220V, AC380V contactor.
VSAM anti oscillation protector can also complete the detection and synchronous tracking function of the mains voltage, achieve frequency and phase locking of the mains voltage, and can also detect the instantaneous value of the mains voltage in real time, ensuring that it switches to the inverter output of VSAM within milliseconds when the mains power fails, ensuring that the contactor and relay do not trip, and can ensure the continuous operation of the frequency converter and soft starter.
VSAM is widely used in fields such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, mining, power, environmental protection, municipal, and military industries.
DCES Only for Variable-frequency Drive Protection
DCES is a multifunctional electrical safety active defense device designed for low-voltage frequency converters, including voltage short-term interruption support and voltage sag regulation. It can seamlessly address issues such as voltage fluctuations and voltage short-term interruptions in real-time.
DCES uses supercapacitors for energy storage, outputs DC DC power, and connects to the frequency converter as a backup power source. Completely isolated from the frequency converter during normal operation. When the fluctuation value of the power grid voltage does not reach the set value, the system does not work and is in a hot standby state; When the voltage fluctuates within the protection zone, DCES starts working to ensure the normal operation of the frequency converter; When the voltage of the power grid is restored, DCES automatically exits the working state and switches to the hot standby state, and the frequency converter automatically switches to be powered by the power grid; When the external interlocking input action or the frequency converter stops running, the device automatically exits and switches to the hot standby state.
VAAS for MV and LV AC Side Protection
VAAS is a multifunctional electrical safety active defense device that combines voltage short-term interruption support, voltage temporary drop regulation, voltage temporary rise regulation, load interference suppression, three-phase imbalance suppression, etc. It can seamlessly manage problems such as power shaking and voltage short-term interruption in real time.
The VAAS can cut off voltage sag power source for short time, typically 1~3s, and supply power to load during the voltage sag moment. It can support power supply, adjust the voltage sag, adjust and the voltage raise, eliminate the load reference and provide real time monitoring of fault arc.
VAAS consists of a thyristor bypass section, a converter section, and a supercapacitor energy storage section. The thyristor bypass section is used to quickly turn off the thyristor in case of abnormal system voltage. The inverter section is used to store energy for energy storage devices and output compensation voltage. The filtering part ensures that the generated load side voltage meets the requirements.
